Christina Manfre founded CJM Advisory to provide business owners with direct access to high-level expertise. Having served as an Equity Partner at a Top 10 Australian accounting firm, Christina has spent two decades navigating the complexities of commercial enterprises, high-net-worth groups, and fast-growing start-ups.

Christina’s background includes acting as the outsourced CFO for a publicly listed biopharmaceutical company and leading complex engagements across R&D tax incentives, business valuations for tax purposes, and restructuring for tax optimisation and business succession. She is also experienced in the implementation and ongoing reporting of Employee Share Schemes and assisting clients through the intricacies of business sales.

By moving away from traditional firm structures, Christina works more closely with a select group of clients, providing technical expertise and advisory that is personally delivered and strategically aligned.
